Every coach has a vision of how he thinks the game should be played. The more detail he can put into his vision the more powerful his vision becomes, also the more he will be able to realize his vision.
But in the end it still must produce results. Make sure it is efficient, effective and productive.
The Missouri Mules were the representative team for Mihaljevic Soccer School. There were 2 teams , a 10-12 age and 12-14 age group team when they first started, Staying together until they were 14-16 and 16-18 years of age. They were an international travelling team going undefeated for 4 years internationally, winning the "Robbie International Tournament" in Toronto, Canada 3 times and going undefeated in Amsterdam, Holland. Playing teams from Holland, Belgium, England, Canada and the United States. In Amsterdam they played a team from Seattle and won 25-0.
